Wildera's hotel management software has completed its pilot phase, with the system now actively in use across five hotels in East Africa. The pilot results have validated the core premise behind the product's development: that the African hospitality market deserves purpose-built technology, not solutions originally designed for European or North American conditions and then adapted around the edges

The distinction matters in practice. Hotels across East Africa operate in an environment with its own specific characteristics – variable connectivity, local currency requirements, safari lodge workflows that differ fundamentally from urban hotel operations, and guest communication patterns shaped by the international travel market. Wildera's system was built with each of these realities in mind, informed by African Wildlife Holdings' direct experience managing properties including Aishi Machame Hotel, Brubru Lodge, and Ngare Sero Mountain Lodge in the Kilimanjaro region. The result is a platform that works with the operational realities of African hospitality, rather than against them.

The pilot phase demonstrated that this approach translates into practical gains for hotel teams: smoother day-to-day operations, clearer reporting, and a system that staff can actually use without friction. Hotels participating in the pilot represent a range of property types and locations, providing a meaningful test across different operational contexts. The feedback gathered during this phase has informed refinements ahead of the commercial launch.

Wildera will bring the software to market in the period ahead, targeting hotels and lodges across East Africa looking for a management platform that genuinely fits their context.
